Materials Questions:    Q: In simple terms, what are composites?   A: Check out the Carbon Fiber page under the About Us section.     Q: Are the materials used authentic?   A: You won’t find Carbon Fiber decals here … all of our materials are the real deal, direct from aerospace suppliers and manufactured using state of the art technologies.   Q: Can I request custom colors or weaves?  A: Yes, we work with several suppliers and we strive to find unique materials and manufaturing solutions to meet your needs.     Business Card Questions:   Q: Aren’t the cards expensive?   A: These cards will cost more than your average run of the mill paper business cards. However they have a three dimensional luster that’s sure to captivate your customers and clients. Not to mention they’re practically indestructible, resistant to bending, tearing, and moisture. These arn't disposable business cards, and your clients will know it. Expect several impressions per card as your clients will often show of your card to their friends and co-workers. Ultimatley, these cards are a great value when considering the circulation compared to similarly priced items such as pens and keychains.   Q: What are the dimensions of the cards? A: Our cards are the size of a typical business card 3.50'' wide by 2.00'' tall with rounded corners.   Q: Will the ink chip off? A: No, our cards are manufactured using the highest quality materials available in the aerospace industry. We do not use vinyl decals, but an ink which permanently bonds to the surface providing the same quality and fidelity seen on paper business cards. Wear and tear over time is best compared to that of a credit card.     Q: What’s included in the price?  A: The price advertised on our site includes set up, one-color printing, processing, and shipping.    Q: Can I print in multiple colors? What about on the back?  A: Printing in multiple colors is available and is slightly more expensive. Each impression, whether a seporate color or on the reverse side results in a new screen charge. Please contact us for more details.    Q: Are discounts available for large orders?  A: Of course they are … order for your entire company at once and save hundreds even thousands! Be sure to contact us to receive a quote for orders of over 1000 cards.   Q: Are the cards 'bullet proof'? A: No, they are not 'bullet proof'. We realize some of the cards may be constructed out of advanced ballistic materials however they are not intended to be used in that capacity.    Custom Design Questions:  Q: What services can FSE provide?   A: We like to think of ourselves as a "one stop shop", we'll can help guide you though the design and prototyping phases. From there we'll develop a manufacturing plan outlining costs and plans for full scale production. Depending on the size and complexity of the item we'll either produce it in house or work with a team of highly skilled vendors to complete the project. Aside from this we can also serve as carbon fiber consultants.  Q: What kind of items can be custom made?  A: Your guess is as good as ours! We'll work with you to blend the line between form and function, producing a one of a kind work of art. Please contact us to receive a quote.    Shipping Questions:   Q: What is the turn around time on my order?  A: From the time we receive your graphics and have confirmed your art proof, it will take approximately three to four weeks to fulfill your order. This includes, printing, cutting, and shipping of the cards.   Q: What shipping method is used?  A: We ship all of our products via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days). Expedited and International shipping is available for an additional fee.
